Tamesha Hoppie-Henry is a seasoned technology professional with more than 25 years of industry experience leading front end and back end operations to enable brands and businesses to operate and grow. She currently leads enterprise wide Technical Operations for Gap Inc inclusive of foundational & hybrid cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and field services.
Professional Journey:
Tamesha has led diverse teams of engineers, product managers, consultants and more in industries across healthcare, retail, insurance, and municipalities. She is experienced in driving strategy and execution in the Digital, Product Management, Technical Program Management, MarTech, Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and IT Operation functions for over 20 years. She is accomplished at managing large, complex integrated product and IT initiatives from concept to completion including overall management of engineering and delivery.
Tamesha is currently the Vice President of IT Operations at Gap Inc. growing and supporting four iconic brands. Her main focuses are on foundational & hybrid cloud Infrastructure, site reliability engineering, IT service management, field services and end user engineering across the enterprise inclusive of stores, distribution & fulfillment centers, data centers, corporate headquarters and online platforms. As a certified Chief Risk Officer (CRO), she leads the organization's technology disaster recovery program and readiness activities. Prior to Gap Inc, Tamesha led engineering teams at CVS and Aetna Insurance.
