NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show is where global retail comes to connect, innovate, and lead the future of commerce. This is a quick reference to help you decide if forming a team is the right path for your organization. Once your team is created, you’ll receive access to the full International Registration Guide with step-by-step instructions.

  • Opening Party: January 10, 2026 – Marriott Marquis Times Square 

  • Expo & Conference: January 11–13, 2026 – Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, NYC

If you're interested in creating an International Retail Team, here is a brief overview of your options: 

How to get started


To begin, email frederickg@nrfevents.com with: 

  • Official Team Name

  • Main Point of Contact’s Full Name

  • Main Point of Contact’s Email Address 

You’ll receive a team login within 2-3 business days. With it, you’ll also get step-by-step instructions for confirming eligibility, registering your team, requesting Visa invitation letters, and booking hotels.

What you need to know


  • The Main Point of Contact will receive a complimentary Expo Only Pass.

  • Bonus All-Access Passes are available for larger teams (30+ retailers):

    • 30+ retailers = 2 bonus passes  

    • 60+ retailers = +2 more (4 total)  

    • 100+ retailers = +6 more (10 total max) 

  • Groups cannot be split into smaller teams to increase bonus eligibility.
