With two decades of experience spanning big tech (Amazon), retail technology startups, leading global brands (Nike/Cole Haan), and investment banking, Ashye brings a 360° view of the retail industry. She has held senior leadership roles including General Manager, VP of Partnerships & Business Development, and Strategy Director, giving her deep expertise in scaling businesses at the intersection of technology, commerce, and consumer behavior.
Recognized as a retail futurist, Ashye harnesses disruptive shifts in technology and consumer behavior to deliver commercial impact. A lifelong learner, she is passionate about equipping retailers for the future of commerce. Ashye is a proud mom to Ava and enjoys supporting other women in technology.
