As an industry benchmark in the barcode reading device sector, Mindeo has built a complete product system, with technical performance reaching or approaching the level of leading international companies. It is the only domestic company independently developing miniaturized scanning engines based on laser scanning technology and imaging scanning technology. On May 19, 2017, Mindeo successfully listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 300656.
After listing, Mindeo actively built a power semiconductor Smart IDM ecosystem model, completing key layouts in power semiconductor design, silicon wafer raw material production, wafer foundry, and ultra-thin wafer backside processing, all of which have achieved mass production. It is one of the few listed companies in China with layouts in all key links of the power semiconductor full industry chain and an independently controllable supply chain.
