In these roles, Ian collaborates with senior executives to develop strategies, drive successful transformation programs, and create enterprise value.
Ian is a frequent keynote speaker and author on customer experience, strategic growth, and digital transformation. Ian also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Retail Federation, collaborating with CEOs on industry strategy.
