Advisor, board member, author, and speaker. Founder of Varese Retail, and co-founder of btr varese and IRTT – Retail Think Tank Institute. He has over 35 years of experience in the retail and consumption industries, and serves on several boards of directors, and innovation committees of various companies. As an international speaker, he has made over 850 presentations, including 22 editions of the National Retail Federation’s Annual Convention (NRF Big Show). He authored/ co-authored 10 books, and over 300 articles. Appointed as a Top Retail Expert by RETHINK Retail since 2022 and named for Retail Voices by NRF. Experienced Certificate Board Director by IBGC.
