NRF invites working members of the press to attend NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show, held in New York City, January 12-14. This three-day experience brings together industry visionaries to tackle retail’s biggest topics and forecast what’s next.

Broadcast / print / online
Reporters and editors must have an editorial role in a well-established news outlet that publishes original content.
Reporters and editors must present a valid business card, with their name, title and media outlet. Additionally, they must provide a copy of two recent bylined articles or clips published or broadcast within the last 12 months that cover the retail industry.
Bloggers
Bloggers must provide documentation from an external web analytics service (such as Google Analytics) showing a minimum of 50,000 unique visitors per month.
Additionally, bloggers must provide a copy of two recent industry-related bylined articles or blog posts published within the last 12 months.
Podcasters
Podcasters must provide two recent industry-related episodes produced within the last 12 months. Additionally, documentation from an external web analytics service (such as Google Analytics) showing a minimum of 4,000 monthly listens or over 1,000 listens/episode is required.
Freelance
Freelance journalists and photographers must present a letter of assignment from a well-established media outlet with the assigning editor’s name and contact information. Additionally, they must provide a copy of two recent bylined articles or clips published or broadcast within the last 12 months that cover the retail industry.
Not eligible
Analysts will not be considered for a press pass but may request an analyst pass. Organizations are permitted a maximum of five (5) total analyst registrations. All analysts must be verified and approved by NRF.
Consultants and representatives from PR and marketing firms will not be considered for media accreditation.
Non-editorial employees of a media organization who plan to engage in sales or marketing activities will not be considered for media accreditation.
