All cancellation requests must be made in writing to nrfbigshow@maritz.com. Requests received by Dec. 11, 2024, will receive a full refund. No refunds for requests received after Dec. 11, 2024 (11:59 p.m. EST), regardless of when the registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Substitutions are welcome. Requests must be made in advance by emailing nrfbigshow@maritz.com and include who is being substituted and the new registrant's name, title, address (if different), phone and email. On-site substitutions are allowed if original registration badge has not been printed.
Using a rigorous vetting process, NRF continually seeks a diverse set of forward-thinking speakers with out-of-the-box ideas, proven tactics and actionable proof points. NRF prioritizes speaker applicants who: are senior-level to C-suite executives; can organically engage with the audience on a deeper level; and are from strong, cutting-edge retail brands and parallel industries. No vendor pitches will be accepted.
NRF starts to secure speakers nine to 12 months ahead of each event. Though we review applicants on a rolling basis, we recommend applying as early as possible.
Yes, bring your reusable water bottle to refill at water stations on Expo Level 1 & Expo Level 3. You'll also find built-in water refill stations outside the restrooms in Javits North. A limited number of cups will be available each day so don't forget your reusable water bottle for unlimited refills. Stay hydrated and reduce waste!

Aluminum water bottles with twist tops can be purchased at any of the Food & Seating Lounges on Expo Level 1 & Expo Level 3, Fresh & Fast (Level 2), or 3411 Garden Market (Level 3). Remember to keep your water bottle for unlimited refills at the water bottle refill stations located on Expo Level 1 & Expo Level 3.
The Javits Center has two first aid stations that will be open during show hours. The south first aid station is located on level one down the level one south corridor just south of the 1D hall. The north first aid station is in the north hall atrium entrance adjacent to the coat check station.

The safety and security of our attendees, including exhibitors, vendors, and staff, is our priority. We work closely with the venue, corporate security, state, local, and federal law enforcement authorities to identify risks, assess them, and develop security plans.
Everyone attending NRF 2025 should be aware that the following are in place:

This includes attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, speakers, and press.
CCTV is in operation at our events and is both monitored and recorded.
Uniformed and covert Security Guards and Police are in attendance at our event.
Canine Security and Detection is in operation at our event.
Everyone attending NRF 2025 is requested to:
Keep personal property with you at all times and don't leave any items unattended
Report anything that looks unusual, suspicious, or out of place to NRF 2025 Staff or Security
Remain patient and courteous with NRF 2025 Staff and Security undertaking security checks
Follow the instructions of NRF 2025 Staff and Security at all times
Carry a recognized form of photo ID at all times
Drones are not permitted inside the Javits Center or at NRF 2025.
You must be 18+ years old to attend NRF 2025. There are no child care services.
There is no PA system available inside the Javits Center. NRF suggests arranging a time and a place to meet beforehand, or connecting via cell phone.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, NRF 2025 staff or security will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from NRF 2025 with no refund. NRF’s policy applies to EVERYONE at the event including attendees, exhibitors, vendors, staff, volunteers, speakers, press and security. All are subject to NRF’s Anti-Harassment Policy.

The North Javits expansion is located at 38th Street and 11th Avenue and is seamlessly integrated into the Javits Convention Center. Attendees can easily access North Javits through its entrance at the corner of 11th Avenue and 38th Street, via the North Concourse on Level 2 or through the Level 3 Expo Hall. The Keynote sessions (Level 5) and Featured sessions (Level 4) are held in North Javits.
