Retail Store Tours (http://retailstoretours.com) are available in twenty-five cities
around the world. It is the official store tour program of The NRF 2020: Retail’s Big
Show. The tours are guided by experienced industry leaders. The stores are
selected based on the narrative/theme and clustered to maximize the store in-time
and group interactions. We visit between 4 to 5 stores over a 2 hour period. We
are met by a brand representative who will welcome us, provide an overview
based in the narrative and answer any questions. After each tour there is an
informal debrief for the group to share their impressions.
