NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show will be held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City January 12-14, 2025.
The Opening Party at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square is on January 11, while the Expo and Conference begin on January 12.

Request your letter of invitation and make your appointment for a visa interview early. Wait times for a visa interview can be several weeks or more in many countries, especially during peak travel periods. With this in mind, you are strongly urged to place your request for a letter of invitation to attend NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show as soon as possible.

Get ready for an electrifying night at NRF 2025’s Retail’s Big Concert! Join us for an unforgettable night as Flo Rida takes the stage at Retail’s Big Concert, Jan. 13 at the iconic Terminal 5 with an opening set by DJ Pauly D. Must by 21 years or older to attend.
Although the concert is sold out, check in at registration while on-site at the Javits Center to see if tickets have become available.

NRF has a variety of guided store tours available. Whether you want to visit individual stores, or the newest and most innovative malls, you have the option during the registration process. Tours are open to retailers only and space is limited.

The Javits Center maintains a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Javits Center property, including the inner roadway and Javits-owned sidewalks.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.
