Sophie leads Mirakl’s global Customer Success team, where she is responsible for driving marketplace adoption, growth, customer satisfaction and advocacy. She also leads Mirakl Connect, the platform of services for marketplace brands. Sophie joined Mirakl from McKinsey, where she was a partner leading large-scale digital transformation projects for clients in consumer, retail, tech and private equity sectors. She graduated from HEC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
