Scott resides in Bentonville with his wife of 30 years, Renee, and has 2 children; Peyton, a University of Minnesota graduate who works in Walmart Corporate Communications and Xavier a University of Florida graduate and Engineer in Orlando Florida.
Born, raised, and educated in the Seattle market, Scott is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
