Linda Li is the Head of Customer Activation & Marketing for H&M Americas. In her role, she oversees the marketing and customer insights & engagement functions of the business as well as customer-facing activations across H&M’s US, Canada, and Latin America markets.
Linda joined H&M in 2014 and has held leadership positions across Merchandising, Store Development & Expansion, and E-Commerce prior to moving into her current role in early 2022. Prior to H&M, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group and at Bath & Body Works, where she focused on strategy, merchandising, and brand development.
Linda graduated from Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
