Linda Li is currently Head of Customer Activation & Marketing for H&M Americas. As part of Linda’s roll, she manages the marketing and ecommerce functions as well as customer facing activations across H&M’s Canadian, US and Latin American markets.
Prior to H&M, Linda was a consultant for Boston Consulting Group for three years before joining Bath & Body Works where she focused on strategy, business development and merchandising.
Linda joined H&M in 2014 as a merchandising manager and moved up from store development and expansion to Head of E-Commerce for North and South America before being promoted to her current role in early 2022.
Linda Graduated from Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
