Dave Harris is the Chief Technology Office of Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants. He oversees the company’s technology, digital and data capabilities. In this role, he collaborates with the executive team to drive innovation, and develop the technology platforms that create enhanced, personalized experiences for wine club members, restaurant guests, and Cooper’s Hawk team members.
Dave has extensive experience in digital innovation and technology-enabled growth. Prior to Cooper’s Hawk, Dave served as Chief Information Officer at Shake Shack. At Shake Shack, he led development of the corporate, kiosk, mobile and data technology platforms that enabled significant growth and global expansion. His experience also includes executive IT and Digital technology leadership roles at Newell Brands, Yankee Candle, Legends and jetBlue Airways.
