Tracy Flynn leads OEM Business Development for HP in North America, helping retail, hospitality, and convenience store partners leverage HP’s Z Workstations and vertical product solutions to drive innovation in AI, store automation, and customer experience. He builds strategic OEM partnerships across these sectors, aligning HP’s engineering and product teams with partner requirements to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on HP’s trusted Z Workstation and Engage platforms.
During more than a decade at HP, Tracy has held leadership roles within the Retail and Industry Solutions organization, guiding direct and channel sales teams and expanding global ISV relationships supporting point-of-sale, self-service, and back-office solutions. His deep understanding of retail and hospitality technologies enables him to connect OEMs with platforms optimized for reliability and performance across the retail ecosystem.
Before joining HP, Tracy served as General Manager of Infor’s global Hospitality business, where his team launched the company’s first cloud-based Property Management Solution for hotels and resorts. He began his career at NCR Corporation, where he advanced through multiple leadership roles to become VP of Hospitality and Gaming Sales for the U.S. market. There, he played a key role in developing and commercializing NCR’s first self-checkout solution—technology that redefined transaction efficiency and guest interaction in retail environments.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of North Texas and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
