Tarun Luthra is a transformative and forward-looking Senior Product and Customer Success Executive, offering progressive global leadership experience, solid business acumen, and technical expertise in enterprise product domains, cloud delivery, and mission-critical support. Tarun has been with SAP for 22 years with experience in everything from business process, data management, development, project management, strategy, services, and support.

He currently leads a large global team focused on customer, employee, and partner success. The cloud support portfolio is focused on delivering end-to-end support for SAP Customer Experience Customers (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Data Cloud, and Commerce). Responsibilities include a wide variety of support functions including:

•Cloud Product Support

•Mission Critical Support

•Critical Incident Management

•Escalation Management,

•Premium Cloud Delivery

•Provisioning, Onboarding, DevOps and various other engagements geared towards driving customer adoption and renewals

A major focus of Tarun’s is spearheading a transformational era of change and growth to deliver SAPs next generation cloud support delivery models. Leveraging success evolution in close collaboration across the entire SAP support portfolio influencing 5000+ employees.

Outside of work, Tarun serves as President of a Non-Profit Organization, Divine Gives, and worked with a small team to take it from concept to reality. Divine Gives is a meditation coaching organization that prepares people in need to face life’s challenges with equanimity and a mission to create happiness within one’s world and worldwide through mindfulness.
