Steve Page is the Global Head of Transformations at Ingka Group, the largest IKEA retailer, operating in 31 markets and representing 87 percent of IKEA retail sales worldwide.
With more than 25 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia and the United States, Steve oversees the design and delivery of Ingka’s multi-year transformation agenda, shaping how the business evolves to meet the changing needs of customers and co-workers.
Steve’s work focuses on building modern, scalable, and people-centered transformation capabilities across Ingka’s global retail operations. He plays a key role in integrating new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, into ways of working in a responsible and values-led way, enabling smarter decision-making, simplifying processes and allowing co-workers to focus on meaningful, customer-facing activities.
Steve has worked across Retail, Pharmaceuticals, High-Tech and Gaming leading large-scale HR and technology teams though major operating model redesigns, workforce modernizations, and digital capability programs that support organizational growth and co-worker engagement. He is recognized for translating strategic ambition into clear, human-centric delivery models that balance innovation, performance, and culture.
