Serge Elkiner is the General Manager of PazeSM at Early Warning Services, where he oversees the strategy, product development, and financial performance of Paze, focusing on driving strong business results. With over 20 years of experience in payments, Serge is known for his leadership in digital payments and product innovation.
Before joining Early Warning, Serge co-founded YellowPepper, where he led the company in pioneering digital payments across Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2020, YellowPepper was acquired by Visa, and Serge became senior vice president, head of Products for Visa Direct, overseeing Money Movement Solutions globally.
Serge graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston University. He is also a former member of the Innovation Board of Advisors for eMerge Americas.
