HPE
Rom Kosla is the Chief Information Officer at Hewlett Packard
Enterprise (HPE). At HPE, Rom oversees the company's global IT
strategy and operations, ensuring that IT systems and processes
support and drive business goals. Rom is currently based in the Boston
area.
Rom joined HPE in July 2023, bringing over 28 years of experience in
IT and digital transformation to HPE. Prior to HPE, Rom was the
Executive Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer at Ahold
Delhaize USA. With his extensive executive experience, Rom played a
pivotal role at PepsiCo as the Senior Vice President and Chief
Information Officer for Corporate and Enterprise Solutions. Before
joining PepsiCo, Rom held multiple technology roles with more than 12
years of IT expertise during his tenure at Nestle and Deloitte
Consulting.
Rom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cleveland
State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-
Champaign. He currently serves on the Gies College of Business Alumni
Association Board at U of I.
