One store, one forecast: Transforming retail operations with a unified platform

In today’s grocery retail environment, complexity is the norm. Fluctuating demand, perishable inventory, labor shortages, and customer expectations put enormous pressure on retailers to get every decision right, every day. Yet most organizations still rely on disparate systems for forecasting labor, inventory, and fresh food production creating silos that drive inefficiencies, waste, and missed opportunities.

This Big Ideas session explores how a “One Store, One Forecast” approach, powered by Logile’s Connected Workforce Platform, is changing the game. By unifying forecasting, labor and inventory management, and fresh food operations into a single platform, retailers can align all store operations around one accurate source of truth. The result? Reduced waste and shrink, optimized labor deployment, simplified IT management, and a better customer experience.

Hear directly from Northgate González Market, about why they chose to standardize on Logile’s unified store operations platform and how it is helping them drive and how it has helped them drive measurable results including double-digit productivity gains, reduced overtime, and improved retention.

Join us to learn why the future of operational excellence lies not in piecing together point solutions, but in embracing one unified forecast across the store empowering teams, protecting margins, and delivering on the promise of helping retailers Run Great Stores.
