Director, Product Specialist - Indirect Tax

Michael is the Global Director, Product Sales Specialist, where he sits at the intersection of market trends, product strategy, and go-to-market execution for the Indirect Tax product offerings. Michael has worked for Thomson Reuters for a total over 17 years having originally joined the company via the acquisition of Sabrix (now our Indirect Tax Determination product). During that time, he has been an individual sales contributor, managed a team of sales professionals, and served as an industry specialist director. In his current role, Michael partners closely with product teams and commercial stakeholders to shape how Thomson Reuters frames and delivers its Indirect Tax solutions in the market, supporting some of the largest and most complex retail customers. As a regular thought leadership contributor, he brings hands-on experience spanning compliance, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Michael has an MBA from Monmouth University in Management.
