Michael Del Pozzo serves as President of North America for PepsiCo, where he leads the Commercial and Customer agenda across the company’s $55B foods and beverages portfolio. In this role, Mike oversees end-to-end commercial strategy for PepsiCo’s largest enterprise customers and channels, driving digital commerce, omnichannel transformation, and modern go-to-market (GTM) capabilities. He and his team are focused on strengthening next-generation commercial systems, evolving strategic planning processes, democratizing shopper demand insights, and accelerating GTM innovation across the business.
A 25-year PepsiCo veteran, Mike has held leadership roles across nearly every major operating unit, including Pepsi Beverages North America, Frito-Lay North America, Quaker, and PepsiCo Corporate. His experience spans marketing, operations, customer management, revenue management, and commercialization, giving him one of the broadest cross-functional perspectives in the company.
Before stepping into his current role, Mike served as President and General Manager of PepsiCo’s Gatorade business, overseeing the iconic $12B hydration portfolio including Gatorade, Aquafina, Propel, Muscle Milk, and Life WTR. He led manufacturing, GTM, customer management, brand building, and sports marketing partnerships, and played a central role in expanding Gatorade from a single brand into a full hydration ecosystem. Mike also led one of the largest beverage GTM transformations in industry history with the national conversion of Gatorade into the DSD system.
Earlier in his career, Mike served as Chief Commercial Officer for Frito-Lay North America, leading U.S. retail, eCommerce, and Foodservice/Away From Home sales organizations. He oversaw strategy, planning, and commercialization for PepsiCo’s largest global business, delivering sustained top-tier performance and strengthening customer partnerships across channels.
Known for his modern, people-first leadership style, Mike is widely respected by customers and industry peers. He is a champion for inclusion and talent development and serves as an Executive Advisor for the Texas Region of NextUp. Mike resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife, Curry, and their two daughters.
