Building and scaling: Winning in a multichannel world

Customers don’t think in channels—they think in moments. For retailers, success in a multichannel world requires more than channel expansion; it demands a scalable strategy that connects operations, technology, and customer experience.

This session explores how retailers can build and scale effective multichannel models without adding unnecessary complexity. Learn how leading brands align teams, unify data and inventory, and deliver consistent experiences across touchpoints. We’ll also highlight common pitfalls and what “good” looks like at each stage of multichannel maturity. Attendees will leave with practical guidance to strengthen their multichannel foundation and position their business for sustainable growth.
