Marta Frattini is the Director of Industry Strategy and Marketing – Retail for Adobe's Digital Strategy Group (DSG), working to unlock experience-driven growth for Adobe’s Retail clients. She is a passionate and experienced thought leader in shaping the future of digital marketing and best-in-class customer experiences.

Prior to joining Adobe, Marta spent over 10 years in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Engagement and Digital Marketing roles for global Retail companies., most recently leading the Digital Operations & Innovation team at Gap. As an advocate for innovation and growth, she has spearheaded successful digital transformation and personalization programs, and has a strong understanding of the strategies, tactics, and technologies required to execute digital excellence at scale.

Marta also has extensive experience in strategy consulting and digital agencies, and she brings a global perspective, shaped by personal and professional experiences across North America and EMEA.
