Mark’s career leading up to Costco gave him a front row seat to the rapid convergence of retail media, shopper marketing, and eCommerce marketing. After successfully building and scaling the initial iterations of retail media programs at Sam’s Club and Ahold Delhaize, Mark undertook the challenge for a third time at Costco Wholesale. Since 2023, Mark has been laying the groundwork to lead Costco into their retail media revolution with a keen focus on member engagement, product sales, and leveraging the growing ecosystem of member-connected media channels.
