After successfully building and scaling the initial iterations of retail media programs at Sam’s Club and Ahold Delhaize, Mark undertook the challenge for a third time at Costco Wholesale. Since 2023, Mark has been laying the groundwork to lead Costco into their retail media revolution with a keen focus on member engagement, product sales, and leveraging the growing ecosystem of member-connected media channels.
