As vice president, Store Operations - Technology, Mark Loebach leads the ongoing integration of Lowe’s omni-channel strategy and store operations, ensuring continuity across all sales and fulfillment channels and support teams. He and his team partner across the enterprise to deliver the strategy for engaging customers and associates through new technology and processes, and to drive the mindsets and behaviors necessary to continue transforming Lowe’s. He joined Lowe’s in 2006.
Mark’s 30-year retail career includes roles at the Walt Disney Company and Timberland. He has held a variety of positions at Lowe’s focused on ecommerce, technology, specialty services, and operations. He led the effort to simplify the associate selling, managing and knowledge experience through the myredvest portfolio and drove significant labor efficiencies through technology improvements to better serve our associates.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Tennessee and his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
