GM of Retail & Consumer Goods Digital Strategy Group
Adobe
Leo Griffin leads Adobe’s Retail and Consumer Goods practice within the Digital Strategy Group, where he partners with global brands to accelerate the shift to intelligent, AI-driven customer experiences. He works with executive teams to redefine how retail organizations operate—using AI to modernize content supply chains, personalize at scale, and create faster, more adaptive digital storefronts. His focus is on pragmatic transformation: aligning strategy, operating models, and Adobe’s Digital Media and Digital Experience capabilities to deliver measurable growth, profitability, and stronger lifetime value.
Before joining Adobe, Leo served in senior digital and technology roles at VF Corp, Hanesbrands, and Newell Brands. He helped to navigate each organization through digital transformation, leading a global scaled-agile eCommerce organization, delivering some of the fastest eCommerce storefronts in the world, and co-designing an AI-enabled content-workflow transformation that reshaped how a multi-brand portfolio creates, manages, and activates content. Earlier in his career, Leo worked in strategy consulting and private equity across consumer, retail, and technology sectors.
