As a visionary leader, Kimberly Lee Minor has held top executive positions with P&L responsibility across multiple retail and consumer brand sectors, including Chief Advisor to the Chairman and President/Chief Commercial Officer at Bandier Holdings, LLC, President of London Fog, and leadership roles at Footlocker, Iconix, and BBW. 

Beyond her corporate success, Kimberly extends her leadership to advocacy and education. As the CEO of the Women of Color Retail Alliance (WOCRA), she champions inclusion, focusing on closing employment, leadership, and pay gaps for women of color. Kimberly's collaborative approach with industry leaders creates opportunities for underrepresented talent, solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in inclusive leadership. Her commitment to fostering talent extends to academia, where she serves as Interim Executive Director of the Office of Career Management at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She shares her extensive industry knowledge across multiple departments, including Marketing, Logistics, Management, Human Resources, and Executive Education, further amplifying her impact on the next generation of business leaders.

Kimberly also brings governance and advisory experience, currently serving on the New Albany Community Foundation Grant Committee, Programming and Relocation committees for Dress for Success, and the Education Committee for the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA). She formerly served as an Independent Director of BlueConic, an award-winning Martech company based in Boston, and The Center for Arts Education (CAE) in New York City. She has also served on the MIVE Fashion, Solaire, and Power Up advisory boards. Her contributions to these organizations reflect her dedication to fostering innovation, driving strategic growth, and making a positive community impact.

Recognized as one of WWD's 50 Women of Power, Rethink Retail's Top Retail Experts for 2024 and 2025, National Retail Federation/ Rethink Retail and WIRL Retail Voice 2025, and Columbus Business First 2025 Women of Influence, Kimberly remains a trailblazer in her field. She has also been recognized as a community leader with the Whitney M. Young, Jr Service Award from The Boy Scouts of America; named Inspirational Leader of the Year by Jack and Jill of America, Inc.; honored as an Unstoppable 100 Trailblazer by the Ford Foundation and Role Model Magazine.

She and her husband, Marc, have two sons and live in New Albany, OH, with their dog, Blu.
