Jenna Manula is the Vice President of Digital Marketing at tarte cosmetics, where she oversees strategy across paid media, affiliate influencer marketing, retention marketing, and SEO for tarte.com, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Sephora, and Ulta. She also helps lead tarte’s TikTok Shop business—named Beauty Seller of the Year in 2025—and the brand has proudly held the title of #1 cosmetics brand on TikTok for the last two years (and counting).

With over 15 years of experience building digital strategies for beauty, CPG, and retail brands, Jenna has made a career out of turning scrolls into sales. She’s known for blending data with gut instinct, brand storytelling with direct response, and creativity with a healthy dose of experimentation.

A passionate digital leader, Jenna believes the best marketing doesn’t just get clicks—it earns connection. Her work lives at the intersection of empathy, innovation, and a little bit of algorithm magic.
