Jenn Volk has served as Head of Digital for H&M Americas since 2023, where she is responsible for driving profitable digital growth and innovation across H&M’s North and South America markets.

She joined H&M in 2021 as Head of Business Tech for North America, leading the company’s product management function.

Jenn’s career spans both retail and technology. Prior to H&M, she was Senior Director of Product at thredUP, the largest secondhand marketplace in the U.S. She also worked at Sephora’s Innovation Lab and spent five years at Google.

Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
