Jenn Volk is the Head of Customer Activation & Marketing for H&M Americas. In her role, she oversees the marketing and customer insights & engagement functions of the business as well as customer-facing activations across H&M’s US, Canadian, and Latin American markets.
Jenn’s career has spanned the retail and technology industries. Prior to H&M she was Senior Director of Product at thredUP, the largest secondhand marketplace in the US. She also spent time at Sephora’s Innovation Lab and 5 years at Google.
Jenn joined H&M in 2021 as the Head of Business Tech, the company’s product management function. In 2023, she assumed the role of Head of Digital for H&M Americas, where she was responsible for driving profitable digital growth and innovation for H&M’s North and South America markets.
Jenn has a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
