Jaime Andrés Piedrahita is the Director General of Expertos en Retail, a consultancy and training firm focused on helping retailers and consumer brands improve sales performance, in-store execution and team capability. With extensive experience in category management, trade marketing, commercial strategy and retail operations, he has become a trusted advisor to industry leaders across Latin America.

In addition to his work in consulting, Jaime is a professor and speaker, teaching at institutions such as Universidad EAFIT and CEIPA Business School. He is recognized for translating real-world retail dynamics into practical frameworks that empower both executives and students.
