A trained performer with a degree in Theatre and Communications from the University of Maryland, Erin brings stage presence, sharp storytelling, and a skill for reading the room - whether she’s leading a national rollout or belting out a show tune. That blend of creativity and clarity now powers her approach to strategic account management, helping retail teams connect, align, and execute at speed.

Since joining YOOBIC, she’s helped top-tier global brands modernize how they work, shifting paper-based routines into real-time digital workflows that accelerate decision-making, strengthen execution, and drive measurable business impact. Before YOOBIC, Erin led strategic accounts at Klarna’s Virtual Shopping division (formerly HERO), where she scaled omnichannel initiatives for global retailers and shaped go-to-market strategies that boosted conversion and engagement.  

Her early career in high-growth agencies sharpened her ability to lead with precision and move at pace, while her academic foundation gives her a unique edge in storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and on-stage presence. Whether guiding a national rollout or facilitating an executive workshop, Erin brings both rigor and relatability to the table.

She’s known for her commercial instincts, customer-first mindset, and ability to drive momentum across complex organizations.
