Elizabeth Preis is a seasoned marketing and retail executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth and transformation for some of the world’s most iconic consumer brands. As Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at VS&Co, Elizabeth leads all brand, performance, experience and marketing strategies across Victoria’s Secret and PINK, with a focus on deepening customer engagement, modernizing brand positioning, delivering exceptional customer experiences both in store and online. 

Prior to joining VS & Co., Elizabeth served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Anthropologie Group, where she led brand and performance marketing, customer analytics, loyalty, social impact, and communications across multiple business units. During her tenure, the brand experienced strong growth and expanded its customer base through a digitally focused, emotionally resonant marketing strategy that emphasized storytelling and connection.

Elizabeth’s career spans leadership roles at Estée Lauder Companies, J.Crew, and Saks Fifth Avenue, where she consistently delivered results through product-focused, creativity-led, and data-informed marketing. 

Elizabeth began her career at Bloomingdale’s and later earned her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She honed her strategic acumen as a management consultant at Deloitte, working with retail and consumer clients on growth and efficiency initiatives.

Known for her ability to blend analytical rigor with creative vision, Elizabeth brings start-up energy to established organizations. She is passionate about building inclusive, culturally relevant brand identities that resonate across diverse customer segments. At Victoria’s Secret and PINK, she is leading the evolution of brand pillars to ensure they authentically reflect today’s consumers, driving customer acquisition, loyalty, and market share.

Elizabeth currently serves on the board of Housing Works, a New York City-based nonprofit dedicated to inclusive care, social justice, and fighting for an end to homelessness. She has also served as a board member of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association, her alma mater. She resides in New York City with her husband, Stephen, and their schnoodle, Lucy.
