Exhibitor Big Ideas Stage 2
Retailers are under pressure to protect margins, reduce split shipments, and deliver faster without adding cost or complexity. This session explores how industry leaders are rewriting their fulfillment strategies by moving from fixed rules and after-the-fact analysis to a predictive, continuously optimized operating model.
You’ll hear real examples of how demand, labor, and inventory signals can be orchestrated daily and sometimes hourly to improve profitability while meeting elevated customer expectations. If you’re wrestling with how to balance cost, speed, and capacity across stores and DCs, this session will show how a predictive fulfillment approach powered by AI can transform both planning and execution.
