Over the past eight years at YOOBIC, Bahareh has worked at every level of the customer lifecycle, from frontline implementation to high-impact account strategy, giving her a uniquely hands-on perspective on what it takes to help retailers scale with confidence.
Her experience spans a range of markets across North America to Europe, and Asia, where she’s helped retail leaders move from fragmented, manual processes to digital-first, performance-driven operations. Known for her collaborative approach and sharp execution focus, Bahareh partners closely with clients to turn technology into measurable impact, from improved task accountability to stronger team alignment.
Her leadership style blends analytical rigor with deep customer empathy, shaped by a scientific background and a BSc in Chemistry from Queen Mary University of London. Whether guiding global rollouts or co-developing long-term growth strategies, Bahareh’s mission is clear: to help retailers connect people, data, and decisions in ways that unlock smarter, faster execution at scale.
