Registration


International attendees can register in one of two ways:

  • Register as an Individual
    Register through the standard NRF registration process, subject to qualification and availability.

  • Join or Form an International Delegation
    If you are traveling with colleagues, an International Delegation makes it easy to register as a group while enjoying dedicated support throughout your NRF experience and exclusive rates.

 

International delegations


International Delegations bring together qualified retailers from around the world through associations, chambers of commerce and other recognized organizations.

  • Every delegation receives:

    • Exclusive International Delegation registration rates for qualified NRF retailers

    • Dedicated international support

    • Simplified group registration

    • Early scheduled badge collection
      (available for delegations staying at an official NRF hotel)

  • Eligible delegations may also receive:

    • Complimentary Retailer All-Access passes

    • Housing reimbursement opportunities

 

Hotels & housing


Book your hotel through OnPeak, NRF's official housing partner, to access discounted rates and qualify for International Delegation housing benefits.

  • Eligible delegations that book 100% of their accommodations through OnPeak may receive:

    • One housing reimbursement for every 20 qualified, paid attendees

    • Up to five reimbursements per delegation

    • Each reimbursement equals the cost of one eligible Retailer All-Access pass

 

Travel & visa information


If you require a visa to travel to the United States, once your registration has been completed, your Letter of Invitation will be available to support your visa application.

We recommend applying as early as possible, as visa processing times vary by country.

Air travel


NRF attendees can save up to 10% on eligible flights with United Airlines. More information, including booking instructions, will be available closer to the event.

Frequently asked questions

  • No. Delegations register together, but attendees are free to attend sessions, meetings, and networking events independently.

  • Yes. Retailers from different companies, countries, and regions may join the same delegation, provided each attendee meets NRF's qualification requirements.

  • Yes. If required, NRF can provide a visa invitation letter after your registration has been completed.
