International Delegations make it easy for qualified retailers to attend together while enjoying exclusive pricing, dedicated support and a simplified registration experience.
Each attendee registers as part of the delegation while enjoying the flexibility to create their own agenda, attend sessions independently and make the most of everything NRF has to offer. For general event and registration information, visit the NRF 2027 website.
Once your delegation is created, you'll receive the full International Registration Guide with step-by-step instructions.

You'll receive your team login within 2–3 business days.
From there, you'll be able to:
Register your delegation
Confirm retailer eligibility
Request visa invitation letters
Book hotels

The Main Point of Contact will receive one complimentary All-Access Pass.
A delegation must include at least 10 qualified retailer All-Access registrations.
Delegation pricing and benefits are available through December 15, 2026.
After December 15, attendees must register individually at the standard rate.
Registration is subject to NRF's qualification guidelines.
