Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to nrfbigshow@maritz.com. Requests received by December 10, 2025 (11:59 pm ET), will receive a full refund. No refunds for requests received after December 10, 2025 (11:59 pm ET), regardless of when the registration is received. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Substitutions
All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to nrfbigshow@maritz.com and cannot be made once you have logged into the event.
Age Requirement
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend any part of the event under any circumstances.

NRF is aware that exhibitors and attendees are solicited about purchasing NRF lists. These emails and the attendee lists referenced in them are not validated, authorized or issued by NRF. NRF does not and has NEVER sold or rented attendee information. With today’s technology and algorithm capabilities, stopping list solicitations is impossible. NRF recommends not purchasing these lists or sharing credit card information with anyone who says they have our event lists.
