Director, Ecommerce and Omnichannel Insights
Rachel leads ecommerce and omnichannel retail insights and thought leadership within the consulting division of Kantar. She focuses on omnichannel acceleration, digital technologies, and growing commerce platforms, and is the lead analyst for Amazon. She has an extensive background in brand and global business management from her work leading strategic planning, new product development, commercial planning, and a range of marketing initiatives across a variety of CPG brands and categories. Rachel holds a B.A. from Connecticut College and an MBA from Cornell University.
