Zoë Singleton was appointed Macy’s Vice President of Procurement and Sustainability in March 2026. 

In this role, Singleton leads enterprise procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, and sustainability initiatives across the business. She is responsible for advancing responsible sourcing practices, driving procurement excellence, and improving resource stewardship. She spearheads efforts to reduce waste and strengthen the connection between commercial success and positive social and environmental outcomes. 

Singleton brings more than two decades of global experience across the retail, consumer products and automotive industries. She most recently served as vice president of procurement at Macy’s, where she led non-retail procurement beginning in June 2024. Prior to joining Macy’s, she held procurement leadership roles at Philips, where she led indirect procurement for the Americas, and Bentley Motors, where she served as a commodity manager. 

Singleton holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Greenwich.
