Shweta Bhatia

Shweta Bhatia is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at PriceSmart, where she leads the company's technology and digital transformation agenda across 13 countries and the U.S. territories. She is a retail business leader who uses technology as a powerful enabler of growth, operational excellence, and better experiences for members and employees.

With more than 25 years of experience, Shweta has held senior leadership roles at Walmart International, Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, and PriceSmart. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale business and technology transformations across store systems, digital commerce, supply chain, data and analytics, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise modernization.

Shweta is known for simplifying complexity, connecting technology investments to measurable business outcomes, and building high performing, globally diverse teams. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in curiosity, courage, shared accountability, and the belief that lasting transformation is as much about people and culture as it is about technology.
