AI Stage by Klaviyo, Expo, Level 1
Retail has spent two years pointing AI at the shopper, but the next advantage is behind the counter. Retailers now hire the equivalent of their entire frontline team every year just to stay even, and the store floor is where an AI strategy either pays off or quietly dies. Join HP and one of retail's most people-first brands to see what frontline first looks like in practice: a store that has its associates' backs, answers and coaching in the flow of every shift, and one view of everything running in the building. Leave with the frontline use cases that are paying back today, and the order to run them.
