He is currently the Director, Partner Marketing for Retail & Consumer Goods at Microsoft where he leads partner go-to-market across the Americas region. In this role, Ricardo helps Microsoft Cloud for Retail partners grow their business by delivering cloud-based AI solutions and services to retailers and consumer goods brands, solving their business challenges in supply chain, store operations, and elevating the shopper journey.
Ricardo is also the producer and host of The Retail Razor Show series of podcasts helping retailers cut through the clutter in retail technology. He is a founding Advisory Council member at George Mason University’s Center for Retail Transformation and is a featured member of RetailWire’s BrainTrust panel. He has been named a Top Retail Expert every year from 2021 through 2024 by RETHINK Retail.
