Nidhi Kapur is the founder and CEO of Maiden Home, the New York furniture house she launched in 2017. Her work centers on a single principle: that design begins with material and the hands that shape it. Under her direction, Maiden Home's studio creates original work in collaboration with American workshops, with flagship showrooms in New York and Miami. Kapur began her career at McKinsey & Company and later held strategy roles at Google and Birchbox. She lives and works in New York.
