Melissa Campanelli

Melissa Campanelli is the Co-Founder of Women in Retail Leadership Circle (WIRLC), a premier membership organization and community for senior-level women executives in the retail industry. Since co-founding WIRLC in 2014, Melissa has helped grow the organization into a powerful network of more than 850 women leaders, creating opportunities for executives to connect, learn from one another and advance both personally and professionally.

Melissa also serves as the Brand and Content Director for Women in Retail, where she helps shape the content, programming and strategic direction of the brand. She plays a key role in developing executive events, leadership programming, peer communities, research and editorial initiatives designed around the issues most important to today’s retail leaders.

Melissa is passionate about bringing great leaders together and creating candid, meaningful conversations around leadership, business growth, customer strategy, innovation and the evolving retail landscape. She works closely with CEOs, C-suite executives and other senior leaders from some of the industry’s most influential brands, helping turn their experiences and insights into valuable learning opportunities for the broader retail community.
