External Consultant - The Quality Group

The Quality Group

Marcel Schneider has led the build-out of The Quality Group's operational infrastructure since 2023 - order management, warehouse and logistics systems, as the sports-nutrition group behind ESN and More Nutrition scaled across new markets and retail channels on the back of creator-driven demand. He works with the group as an external consultant through MaLu Technologies, the Malta-based consultancy he founded, and is in parallel part of the supply-chain transformation at AUTODOC, the fast-scaling online auto-parts retailer. Over more than 15 years he has delivered technology and process-automation programmes for Google, Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa and Fielmann, and speaks regularly at industry events, including at Amazon.

€450M to €2B: The architecture that survives social selling spikes

For The Quality Group - the group behind ESN, More Nutrition, Raw Nutrition and BUM Energy, that is the business model, not an outlier. TikTok campaigns and influencer success created enormous, highly concentrated bursts of demand that put real pressure on inventory, fulfillment, and order operations. Underneath it all, the baseline grew 4x from €450 million to €2 billion in four years - across new markets, marketplaces, retail listings from Rewe to Walmart and two US acquisitions.

In this fireside chat, The Quality Group will share how it built the operational agility to respond when demand suddenly accelerates. The discussion will explore how Fluent Order Management provides the real-time inventory visibility and intelligent order orchestration needed to absorb extreme peaks, make fast fulfillment decisions across the network, and support exponential growth across all channels without compromising the customer experience.

Attendees will hear what it takes to build a commerce operation where going viral becomes a growth opportunity to capture, not an operational problem to contain.
