Laureano is President of the Spanish Retail Association and the Ibero-American Retail Circle. He is professor at numerous business schools: IE Business School, ESIC Business & Marketing School, Valley Digital Business School, EAE Business School, ICMED in Spain, and Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. He is the author of numerous books on retail strategy, including "Omnicustomer," "Amazon Report 2019," and "Jeff Bezos 2023."
He was named Top Voice Spain by LinkedIn and chosen by Favikon as the leading Spanish-language retail influencer worldwide.
Named Top Retail Expert Worldwide 2024 and 2025 by Rethink Retail & Microsoft and has advised 9 of the 10 largest retailers in Latin America. Laureano has given retail conferences in more than 50 countries (over 100,000 attendees in five years) and has been recognized as a Top Retail Speaker worldwide.
