Kate Rogowski is Head of Marketing for H&M US, where she oversees the company's marketing strategy across the United States, driving brand relevance, strengthening customer connections, and accelerating business growth at scale. Her passion lies in building a brand that connects deeply with its audience through clarity, creativity, and consistency. Kate brings deep global brand building expertise across retail and luxury. Prior to H&M, she served as Global Marketing Director at Pandora, where she led go-to-market strategy and global brand delivery for the company’s lab-grown diamond business, accelerating growth through market expansion and seamless omnichannel execution. She previously spent nearly a decade at De Beers Group, including as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for North America, where she directed integrated marketing strategies across retail, digital, and wholesale channels to strengthen brand equity and drive revenue. She began her career in agency and marketing roles at Havas Worldwide, Digitas Health, George P. Johnson, and Staples, building a strong foundation in strategic marketing and integrated communications. Kate holds an MBA in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
