From AI ambition to store-level results

AI ambition is everywhere in retail. Measurable results are harder to find. In this panel, Omni Talk founder Chris Walton leads a practical conversation with leaders from Kroger, Dell Technologies, and NVIDIA about what it takes to move AI from promising pilots to real results in every store. Drawing on decades of first-party customer data, Kroger shares how it's removing friction between digital and physical shopping, balancing flexibility with control, and giving associates tools that make their workday simpler. Dell Technologies and NVIDIA explain how edge infrastructure and accelerated AI help retailers scale these capabilities securely across thousands of locations. Attendees will leave with a clear view of how to align customer value, associate productivity, and operational execution into an AI strategy that delivers measurable ROI.
