Ellie Quartel is the Head of Global Retail & Hospitality at ServiceNow, where she’s on a mission to help brands transform their business and empower their people with AI. Before this, she was the Chief Digital Officer and Head of Direct to Consumer at Fossil Group, leading their digital transformation and managing ecommerce, marketplaces, and stores. Ellie is a passionate retailer and has held diverse roles across digital, strategy, sales, and marketing.
Before diving into the brand and tech world, Ellie was a strategy consultant at Accenture, focusing on retail and consumer goods. Her career began as a sixth-grade teacher in Miami through Teach for America, where she won awards for leadership and teaching. Ellie loves solving problems, leading change, coaching, and, of course, shopping!
She holds a BA from Rice University and an MBA from Yale. Originally from Washington, DC, Ellie now calls Dallas home, where she lives with her husband Breck, daughter Darby (8), son Wilder (4), and their beloved rescue dog, Jolene
